Primitive Technology: Sandals

I made a pair of sandals from loya walking stick. Strolling bare footed in the bush normally does not cause troubles for my feet. When repetitively bring lots of different products the soles of the feet become split as well as divided. I made some basic footwear for the purpose of working on rough surface areas.. I cut some walking cane and distributed a length 6 times the size of the foot (regarding 1.5 m), folded it into loopholes and wove more walking cane between the loops to create the sole, including brand-new cane as needed. Next, I made bark fiber rope and threaded it through the shoe to maintain it on. The set took around 1 hr to earn (longer because of establishing the video camera). The shoes do safeguard from the ground, preventing the feet from splitting. I personally don't such as using footwear in the forest as bare feet offer better grasp, particularly on inclines. For hefty work or when my feet are hurt I'll put on these. Wordpress: https://primitivetechnology.wordpress.com/. Patreon web page: https://www.patreon.com/user?u=2945881.
